The application process
At Pacific Brands, people are at the centre of everything we do. So whether you're responding to a position that's been advertised in the newspaper or a position that's been advertised online, you can rest assured that your application will be reviewed by one of our Careers Centre team.
Once we receive your application, a member of our Careers Centre team will look over the information you've supplied so that they can determine if you're suitable for the position we advertised. They will then let you know if they will be proceeding with your application or not.
For us selection is a two way process. It's a perfect time for you to ask questions that you have about the position and the organisation. It's our opportunity to find out more about your suitability for the position through a variety of techniques such a telephone interview, face-to-face interviews, an opportunity to meet the team and reference checks.
If you are the successful candidate, we will first contact you by telephone to offer you the position before sending you a formal letter of offer containing all the details so that you can make an informed decision. |
